A fully functional association exists for alumni of the group institutions. The association is dedicated to bringing together the alumni community on a common platform to build another channel of personal and professional support to members through 'self-help' within community. Apart from serving as a base for information about the alumni, it initiates programs and organizes events significant to alumni their alma mater and national interests.
Industry interface is continuous happening at VSGOI in one form or the other. Apart guest lectures, projects, research, students are encouraged to take part in Fairs, Expos and Seminars that give them a hands-on experience and bring them face to face with industry leaders. These events offer opportunity to students to have interaction with the doyens of the industry. VSGOI functions in close association of MSME-DI, Govt. of India, Indian Industries Association (IIA), National Productivity Council & Provincial Industries Association (PIA).
The institute has on its board several reputed academicians like former Vice-Chancellors, Retired Directors, Ex-Professors of IITs / NIITs. Continuous interaction with these leading academicians and their institutions are maintained for the benefit of students through knowledge sharing.
The institute enjoys the membership of professional bodies like All India Management Association (AIMA), Association Of Indian Management Schools (AIMS), Computer Society of India, HRD Network, MBA Universe, Indian Media Center, Inidan Institue of Public Administration (IIPA), New Delhi, Institution of Engineers etc.
VSGOI strongly believes in social responsibility. Hence, the institute regularly undertakes activities to promote the concept of social responsibility and works in close coordination with Govt. Bodies / NGOs to serve the cause of community and entrepreneurship development.
